Please review the following checklist before submitting a ticket. It will help you to identify and eliminate any known problems. It may happen that problems are not related to our themes or modules. Then it takes much time to get your credentials, log in to the server, and find out the problem solution.
By checking the troubleshooting checklist you may see some obvious things. Thus you'll resolve a problem faster.
Go Admin > Swissup > Module Management - modules’ versions should be GREEN
Please UPGRADE when required.
Clear cache and test if the error is still there.
Go Admin > Content > Configuration > Find your theme > Edit > Set Magento Luma
Clear cache and test the behavior at the default theme
bin/magento module:status | grep 'Swissup_' | xargs bin/magento module:disable
Now clear cache and test if the error is still there.
If none of the previous actions haven’t fixed/removed the problem, please create a ticket in Argento Helpdesk.
Send the store credentials (SSH/FTP/Magento admin etc.) if required. You can also add the screenshots to help us understand the issue faster.
